Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of those parts of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from recreation reserve to local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration Regarding Certain Reserves in Rodney District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive for the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules hereto was passed by council at its meeting on the 30 March 2000:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the First Schedule (being land held in fee simple) be declared a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the Act, and that the reserve land described in the Second Schedule (being land held as to part in fee simple) be formally known as the Coatesville Recreation Reserve, and that the reserve land described in the Third Schedule (being land held in fee simple) be formally known as the Taupaki Reserve, and that the name of the reserve land described in the Fourth Schedule be changed from the Rodney Park Domain to the Martins Bay Recreation Reserve”,

and that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto was passed by council at its meeting on 14 September 2000:

“That the land described in the Fifth Schedule (being land held in fee simple) be declared a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the Act and be formally known as the Silverdale War Memorial Park Reserve.”

• 0.0809 hectares, more or less, being Lot 24, D.P. 50684, Parish of Mahurangi, situated in Block XII, Mahurangi Survey District. All certificate of title 77D/498.
• 5.6972 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 168981 and Lot 2, D.P. 172447, situated in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District. Appurtenant to Lot 2, D.P. 172447 is a right of way over part Lot 2, D.P. 137503 created by transfer B. 227187.1. All certificates of title 103A/274 and 105C/510.

• 0.1535 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 155753, Parish of Paremoremo, situated in Block II, Waitemata Survey District. Subject to lease C. 607360.1. to the Coatesville School Board of Trustees. Classified a reserve for local purpose (swimming pool and community facility) by Gazette notice C. 626301.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 1994, page 1974). All certificate of title 93A/223.
• 3.9335 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 671, Parish of Paremoremo, situated in Block II, Waitemata Survey District. Classified a reserve for recreation purposes by New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 404. S.O. Plan 51067.
• 0.1011 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 334, Parish of Paremoremo, situated in Block II, Waitemata Survey District. Classified a reserve for recreation purposes by New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 404. S.O. Plan 22647.
• 0.1011 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 335, Parish of Paremoremo, situated in Block II, Waitemata Survey District. Classified a reserve for local purposes (hall site) by New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1031. S.O. Plan 22647.
• 0.2022 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 695, Parish of Paremoremo, situated in Block II, Waitemata Survey District. Classified a reserve for local purposes (site for a play centre) by New Zealand Gazette, 1985, page 399. S.O. Plan 58803.
