Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 28 November 2001 at the District Court at
Tauranga, Jonathan Terry Kelly, of 27 Patterson Street,
Mt Maunganui, was convicted of the following offence
– driving while disqualified – and in addition to the sentence
imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. OA 8766
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to
Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal
Justice Act 1985.\n
