The Gazette notice dated 19 May 1993 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 3 June 1993, No. 79, page 1466, by
which the Minister of Conservation declared the Eastern
Fish and Game Council to be a local authority for the
purposes of the Reserves Act to enable the vesting of
reserves (other than government purposes reserves) in it, is
hereby revoked.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Amending a Notice for the Classification of Reserves—Waitawhiriwhiri Stream, Edgecumbe Park
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council
hereby amends the notice dated 31 August 2001, published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 September 2001, No. 132,
page 3405, by deleting the Schedule and substituting it with
the following:

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of
cultural and recreational, to be known as Piritahi for the
common use and benefit of the owners of Rangihamama
D2B3 and their descendants.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Otago
Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the
reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in
the Schedule.

Otago Land District—Central Otago District
158 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 16992.
Certificate of title 8C/966.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations
Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the
land described in the Schedule hereto as reserve as specified
at the end of the respective descriptions, and further declares
that the said land may be disposed of by the Gore District
Council in such a manner, at such a price, and on such terms
and conditions as the council shall determine.

Gore Land District—Southland District
2168 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, Block IV,
Deposited Plan 1237, certificate of title 96/186 (recreation
reserve).
