Under section 2 of the Reserves Act 1977, I declare Fish and
Game Councils, established under section 26P of the
Conservation Act 1987, to be local authorities for the
purposes of the Reserves Act, to enable them to exercise the
powers and functions of a local authority under the Reserves
Act.
