Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to Dairy Flat Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Chief Executive for the Rodney District Council revokes the notice declaring that land is reserve and change of classification of reserve at Dairy Flat, Rodney District, dated 19 February 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 March 2001, No. 25, page 582, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive of the Rodney District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rodney District Council on 14 December 2000:

“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule, be declared to be a recreation reserve”.
