Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 1N, Brynderwyn North Passing Lanes, Whangarei

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1125/184, subject to mortgage No. D. 551653.4; and further declares:

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1125/184, subject to mortgage D. 551653.4.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for State school and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
