Education Land Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Land Act 1949, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

  1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
  2. This notice shall come into force on 15 November 2001.

Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whangarei 2001, No. 4.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
