Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitomo District Council notifies the following resolution was passed by Waitomo District Council on 30 November 2001:

“That, under section 14 of the Reserves Act, the Waitomo District Council resolved to declare that land held in fee simple by council and described in the following Schedule, be declared recreation reserve and administered in accordance with section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.”

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and That Reserve Land is Renamed

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby gives notice that resolutions to the following effect were passed by the council on 4 July 2001:

(a) That, pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council declares the lands vested in it, as described in the First Schedule, to be scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, subject to the provisions of the Act.

(b) That, pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council declares that the scenic reserves described in First and Second Schedules and known as Toups Road Reserve, are to collectively be known as the Karehana Bay Scenic Reserve.
