Road Stopping—Waikeria Road, Waipa District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(b) The portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(c) The portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(d) The portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(e) The portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19C/1077, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 614741.3.

(f) The portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9C/1350, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 655795.1.

Road Realignment—Christchurch Northern Motorway Adjoining Cam River

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Waimakariri District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the Christchurch Northern Motorway and vested in the Crown.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road firstly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Crown and shall form part of the bed of the Cam River.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), declares the portion of road secondly described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Crown for the Christchurch Northern Motorway.

(e) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is acquired for river diversion and vested in the Crown.

(f) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares that the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is set apart for the Christchurch Northern Motorway and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
