New Zealand Food Standard 2001, Amendment No. 2

Section 11L of the Food Act 1981

The New Zealand Food Standard 2001, Amendment No. 2 was issued by the Minister of Health on 6 November 2001.

This amendment will come into force on 6 December 2001.

Amendment No. 2 to the New Zealand Food Standard incorporates changes made by Amendment No. 57 to the Food Standards Code into the New Zealand Food Standard 2001.

Amendment 57 to the Food Standards Code was published in the New Zealand Gazette on 1 November 2001.

The New Zealand Food Standard 2001, Amendment No. 2 can be inspected at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington, or may be viewed on the Ministry of Health web site: www.moh.govt.nz

Notice of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 01/28 was issued on 29 August 2001. It relates to the leasing of motor vehicles to employers who provide the motor vehicles to their employees for their private use and enjoyment, and various sections of the Income Tax Act 1994. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin Vol. 13, No. 11 of November 2001.
