Burial and Cremation Act 1964

Removal of Monuments and Tablets, Baptist Burial Ground, Rangiora

I, Ruth Dyson, Associate Minister of Health, authorise, under section 45 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the removal of the following monuments and tablets in the denominational burial ground known as Baptist Burial Ground, Rangiora:

Description of Tablets and Monuments:

(a) Anne Lizabeth Good, died 1 May 1906.

(b) Edward Good, died 6 December 1875.

(c) Samuel John Delabere Good, died 15 February 1928.

The tablets and monuments described above are all located within an 18 square metre area in the south-west corner approximately 9 metres from the eastern boundary and 2 metres from the southern boundary of the Baptist Burial Ground, Rangiora.
