The Correspondence School Board of Trustees

Notice 2001 (No. 2)

Pursuant to section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice.

Notice

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 2001 (No. 2).
    (2) This notice shall take effect on 15 November 2001.

  2. The Correspondence School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) A chairperson appointed by the Minister of Education.
    (b) Four members appointed by the Minister of Education.
    (c) One parent representative elected by parents of full-time Year 1–13 students enrolled at The Correspondence School and attending no other school.
    (d) One staff representative elected by and from the staff of The Correspondence School.
    (e) One student representative elected by and from the full-time students enrolled in Form 3 (Year 9) or above at The Correspondence School.
    (f) Up to three members co-opted by The Correspondence School Board of Trustees.
    (g) The Chief Executive Officer of The Correspondence School.

  3. The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 2001 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 February 2001, No. 11, page 246, is revoked.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Emmanuel Christian School, Christchurch.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 31 October 2001.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
