Electoral Act 1993

Amendments to Register of Political Parties

Cancellation of Registration of Political Party

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 12 October 2001 to cancel the registration of Asia Pacific United Party and to remove Asia Pacific United Party from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission, pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.

Registration of Party Logo

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 12 October 2001 to register the logo for THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF AOTEAROA/NEW ZEALAND.

Pursuant to section 166 (3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, I, William John McCook, General Manager, Operations, Land Transport Safety Authority, notify the following exemptions from Land Transport Rules were made, under section 166 (1) of that Act, during the period 1 April 2001 to 30 June 2001:
