Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register of Incorporated Societies

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

I propose to apply to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the club to be removed from the Register of Incorporated Societies.
