Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Waitakere City Council hereby declares that the following resolution was passed by the Waitakere City Council on 29 August 2001:

“That upon completion of the road closure, that Section 2, S.O. Plan 70577, be declared under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, to be a reserve held for recreation purposes.”

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, authorises the exchange of that part of the Maraetotara Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council notifies the following resolution was passed by council on 26 August 1998:

“That under section 14 of the Reserves Act, the Thames-Coromandel District Council resolves to declare that land held in fee simple by council and described in the following Schedule, be declared local purpose (community use) reserve.”
