Land Acquired for Owaka Sewerage Treatment Works and Road Stopped—Clutha District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for sewerage treatment works and shall vest in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 21 (1) and 107 (7), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired, and further declares that once acquired that:

(i) The area marked “A” on S.O. Plan 22858 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title reference 235/114 Limited, subject to memorandum of mortgage 940119.2.

(ii) The areas marked “B” and “D” on S.O. Plan 22858 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title reference 14C/1004, subject to memorandum of mortgage 751646.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The area marked “C” on S.O. Plan 22858 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title reference 14C/1004, subject to memorandum of mortgage 751646.

(ii) The area marked “F” on S.O. Plan 22858 shall vest in the name of the Clutha District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
