(b) The vehicle is issued with a log-book, in which the following details must be entered for every journey:
- Date
- Driver
- Destination
- Purpose of journey
- Benefiting charity
(c) The log-book and a copy of this exemption must be carried in the vehicle at all times, and must be produced on request for:
- Police officers
- LTSA compliance officers
(d) The vehicle must continue to be owned by Peter S. Drummond.

Exemption From Specified Equipment Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to Regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Simon Christopher Whiteley, Manager Safer Vehicles Policy, acting under delegated authority, hereby in Schedule 1 of this notice from Regulation 70 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 2 of this notice.

(c) A copy of this exemption must be carried in the vehicle at all times.
(d) The vehicle continues to be owned by Allan Ronald Mackersy.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to Regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Victor Ian Everiss, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicles (six) specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Conditions

The vehicles and their operation must comply with the safety plan, dated 14 September 1998 that has been lodged with the LTSAβs Auckland Office. The safety plan is to be revised every 6 months and the LTSA is to be notified of any changes.

Maintenance logs are to be kept for each vehicle and must be signed by the person completing the repairs or routine maintenance. These logs must be presented on demand to any police constable or officer of the LTSA.

The vehicles must only be used during the hours of daylight.

The vehicles must not be used when atmospheric conditions do not allow 200 metres of clear visibility.

The vehicles must not be driven on a public road for a distance of 6 kilometres, other than 90 Mile Beach.
