Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule below is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.

Bream Bay College Revocation of Education Land Notice

Pursuant to section 15 (b) of the Interpretation Act 1999 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 February 2001, No. 20, page 392 (which relates to Bream Bay College, North Auckland) is still required for education purposes, therefore I revoke that item in that notice.

2. This notice comes into force on 13 September 2001.
