Acting under delegated authority, pursuant to section 109 (7B) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 April 2001, No. 37, page 821, by omitting the words

"14 September 2001"

and substituting the words

"26 October 2001".

Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby publish the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Hogben School Board of Trustees, Christchurch, Notice 2001, and shall take effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Hogben School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:

● The principal of Hogben School;
● the deputy principal of the school facilities at Hogben School;
● one staff representative elected by and from the members of the board staff of Hogben School;
● five parent representatives elected by the parents of students enrolled full-time at the school when the electoral roll or supplementary roll closes; and
● up to four members co-opted by the board.

3. The Hogben School Board of Trustees Notice 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 April 1992, No. 57, page 1168, is hereby revoked.
