Pursuant to clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date of closing nominations and all subsequent actions, in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of parent and staff representatives for Ngata Memorial College (Ruatoria) Board of Trustees.
Nominations shall now close on 14 September 2001.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
