Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, and the Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, being the Minister responsible for the department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes.

Education Lands Act 1949
Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes
Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
Notice

- This notice shall come into force on 30 August 2001.
