Terry Emorofopoulos, of Lower Hutt, was censured and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). The costs to be paid by 7 July 2000.
Ian William Hall, of Auckland, was fined one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500.00) and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). The fine and costs to be paid by 24 June 2000.
ChenHsiao (Wayne) Hsu, of Auckland, had his electrical service technician’s registration restricted for a period of twelve months from 18 May 2000. The limitation on the circumstances under which Mr Hsu may do the servicing of 230 volt plug-in appliances are that he must keep documented records of all prescribed electrical work he carries out for the purpose of audit by an authorised representative of the board at such intervals as the board shall determine. Mr Hsu was fined one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ($1250.00) and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). The fine and costs to be paid by 24 June 2000.
Peter Richard McLean, of Auckland, had his electrician’s registration suspended until he completes, to the board’s satisfaction, tuition courses for electrician’s level electrical theory and regulations and also until he passes the electrician’s level electrical theory, regulations and practical examinations. Mr McLean was fined two thousand dollars ($2000.00) and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). The fine and costs to be paid by 24 June 2000.
Graeme John Rae, of Roxburgh, was fined seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) and ordered to pay costs of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00). The fine and costs to be paid by 31 March 2000.

Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Amendment Notice 2000 (No. F155)
Pursuant to section 28W (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission and after having regard to the provisions of section 28W (5) of the Fisheries Act 1983, hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Amendment Notice 2000.
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, “principal notice” means the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 1) 1999 (No. F114).

Clause 3 amended—Clause 3 of the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting from the table in paragraph (iv), opposite the item CRA 3, the expression “23%” and substituting the expression “32.7%”.
