Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 27th day of June 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, John Lee Watt of 67 James Street, Rotorua, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 21 November 2000, following his conviction on 27 June 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge P. W. Cooper has ordered that a
Mitsubishi motor vehicle, registration No. KT 4093
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, John Lee Watt, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 27th day of June 2000.
