Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 16 February 2000 acquiring land for use in connection with a road at Horahora River, Pataua North Road, Whangarei District published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 February 2000, No.15, at page 388, by deleting the words “marked B & F” in the tenth line of the head recital and replacing them with the words “marked C & F”.
