Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Francis Douglas Memorial College, New Plymouth.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 20th day of January 2000. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Food Act 1981

New Zealand Food Standard 1996, Amendment No. 17

Section 11G of the Food Act 1981

Amendment No. 17 to the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 was issued by the Minister of Health on 20 January 2000.

Amendment No. 17 incorporates changes made by the Amendment No. 47 to the Australian Food Standards Code (AFSC) into the New Zealand Food Standard 1996. The Australia New Zealand Food Authority (ANZFA) gazetted Amendment No. 47 in Australia on 16 December 1999. ANZFA also published Amendment No. 47 in the New Zealand Gazette on 16 December 1999.

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and the material incorporated into it by reference, i.e. the AFSC up to and including Amendment No. 47 is available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Copies of the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and its amendments are available for purchase from any Bennetts Government Bookshop. Appointment of Directors of the Health Funding Authority

Pursuant to section 35 (2) of the Health and Disability Services Act 1993, I appoint

Sydney Joseph (Syd) Bradley of Christchurch

as a director and chairman of the Board of the Health Funding Authority and the following individuals

Cynthia (Cindy) Alecyion Kiro of Auckland
Gregor David Coster of Auckland

as directors of the Board of the Health Funding Authority for the term of 1 February 2000 to 31 December 2000 or until the legislation enacted by the proposed New Zealand Public Health Services Bill comes into force (and in particular the provisions relating to the disestablishment of the Health Funding Authority), whichever is the earlier.
