Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 20th day of January 2000 at the District Court at Rotorua, John Mihinui of Flat 3/336 Ngongotaha Road, Rotorua, unemployed, was convicted and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 19 August 2000, following his conviction on 20th January 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified (1) and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a

Mazda Familia motor vehicle, registration No. TU 5349 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 20th day of January 2000.
