Road Realignment—George King Memorial Drive, in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in Dunedin City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this notice be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 12D/570.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10A/1049.

(iii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15C/310.

(iv) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10A/1050.

(c) Declares the land described in the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10A/1049.

(ii) The areas described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15C/310.

(iii) The areas described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10A/1050.
