Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and Land Set Apart for Segregation Strip and for Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 1, Paraparaumu, Kapiti Coast District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares:

(i) The area of land firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for segregation strip.

(ii) The areas of land thirdly and fourthly described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway.

All areas shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
