Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 11th day of May 2000, an application for putting Southern Skies Moving & Storage Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 8th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The board of directors of Mangatahi Vineyard Estate Limited and Terraceview Vineyards Limited hereby give public notice of the proposed amalgamation of the two companies.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either amalgamating company or any person to whom either amalgamating company is under an obligation.

The copies of the amalgamation proposal are able to be viewed at the registered office, being PricewaterhouseCoopers, corner of Raffles Street and Bower Street, Napier during normal business hours.
