Unclaimed Property

Notice of Election by the Public Trust to Become Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V

Whereas:

1. Developments and Exports (N.Z.) Limited (formerly known as Particular Finance Limited) at Lower Hutt, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto, has been struck off the Companies Office Register and the Public Trustee is satisfied the property would vest in the Crown under section 337 of the Companies Act 1955.

2. The gross value of the property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed $4,000.

3. The Public Trustee is satisfied he should become Manager of the property.

Now therefore the Public Trustee is in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by section 80 (2) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, hereby elects to be manager of the Property under Part V of the said Act.

1. Four undivided 1/20th shares in all that parcel of land containing 2.0798 hectares, being Lot 23, D.P. 35210, certificate of title 14B/1139 (Wellington Registry).
