the notice to be revoked, and whereas the Westland District Council has resolved that the prohibitions, limitations or restrictions contained in the said notice are no longer necessary for the safe and efficient functioning or operation of the aerodrome and the notice ought to be revoked.

Now, therefore, the Westland District Council revokes the notice dated the 9th day of August 1937 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23, page 1830 of 12 August 1937 and deposited with the District Land Registrar at Hokitika under K. Notice 593.

Dated at Hokitika this 17th day of March 2000.
