Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a recreation reserve and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Duncan Road, Far North District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3):

(i) Declares the portions of road firstly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 80D/77, subject to mortgage B. 329380.2.

(ii) Declares the portions of road secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 430/158, subject to mortgage B. 329380.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No 430/158, subject to mortgage B. 329380.2.
