Comments should be made by 19 May 2000.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

The Conservator, Wanganui, acting under delegated authority, revokes the reservation over that part of the Westmere Scenic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

0.3163 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 38190, situated in Block VI, Westmere Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1906, page 2289.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Local Purpose (site for pre-school) Reserve Katerini Grove, Papamoa

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose (site for pre-school) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council to the former owner of the land on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine.

South Auckland Land District—Tauranga District

1000 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 54803. All certificate of title 46A/349.

New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946

Notice of the Decision of the Minister for Land Information Regarding the Assigning of a Place Name

Pursuant to section 12 of the New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946, notice was given on the 28th day of October 1999 of the intention of the New Zealand Geographic Board to assign a new name, Omahu Bush.

An objection was received to this proposed name and was dealt with pursuant to section 13 of the said Act.

I hereby declare that it is my decision that the name of this place shall be Omahu Bush, as referred to in the first column of the Schedule below, and that this decision shall take effect on the 27th day of March 2000.
