In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Weraora Auto Services Limited:

Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Ballard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the following properties:

(a) Firstly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one thousand and twelve square metres (1012m²) more or less situate in the Borough of Levin, being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 687, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 28D/787, Wellington Land Registry;

(b) Secondly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing five hundred and six square metres (506m²) more or less situate in the Borough of Levin, being part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 687, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 28D/788, Wellington Land Registry;

(c) Thirdly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing forty-seven square metres (47m²) more or less situate in the Borough of Levin, being part Horowhenua No. 10 and being also part Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 687, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title F3/540, Wellington Land Registry;

(d) Fourthly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing four hundred and fifty-five square metres (455m²) more or less situate in the Borough of Levin, being part of Subdivision 10 of the Horowhenua Block and being also part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 687, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 473/12, Wellington Land Registry;

(e) Fifthly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one thousand and twelve square metres (1012m²) more or less situate in the Borough of Levin, being part of Subdivision 10 of the Horowhenua Block, being also Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 687, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 77/149, Wellington Land Registry;

and being properties formerly held by Weraora Auto Services Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 30 April 1994 and formerly having its registered office at Wellington.

And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until the 15th day of November 1999.

The Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in Common Fund) Notice 2000 Amendment No 1

The following notice is given, pursuant to section 37 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, and sections 28 and 41 of the State Sector Act 1988.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in the Common Fund) Notice 2000 Amendment No 1 and shall take effect from and including the 23rd day of March 2000.

2. Amendments to notice—The Public Trust (Investment Agencies in the Common Fund) Notice 2000, New Zealand Gazette, page 424, is hereby amended:

   (a) by omitting from paragraph 2 (a) the expression “3.60 percent” and substituting the expression “3.75 percent”;

   (b) by omitting from paragraph 2 (b) (i) the expression “5.40 percent” and substituting the expression “5.70 percent”;

   (c) by omitting from paragraph 2 (b) (ii) the expression “5.50 percent” and substituting the expression “5.75 percent”;

   (d) by omitting from paragraph 2 (b) (iii) the expression “5.50 percent” and substituting the expression “5.85 percent”;

   (e) by omitting from paragraph 2 (c) (i) the expression “5.80 percent” and substituting the expression “6.00 percent”;

   (f) by omitting from paragraph 2 (c) (ii) the expression “6.00 percent” and substituting the expression “6.10 percent”;
