A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Auckland City Council on the 14th day after the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, subject to any agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47A/141, subject to memorandum of encumbrance B. 577228.3 and mortgages B. 764395.8 and B. 764395.9.

Land Declared as an Addition to a Public School Site in the District of Grey

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the land described in the Schedule to be added to the land contained in C.T. 2A/1051 (Westland Registry) and further declares that this land shall vest in the owner of that land for the purposes of an addition to a public school site (Paroa).
