Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:
St Joseph’s School, Balclutha
St Peter’s College, Gore
The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on the 2nd day of March 2000.
Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, John Wickliffe House, Princes Street, Dunedin.

The Resource Management (Approval of Carter Holt Harvey Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:
Notice
- Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Carter Holt Harvey Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 7th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Approval as Requiring Authority—Carter Holt Harvey Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the construction, operation, maintenance and improvement of a pipeline (and ancillary services) to convey treated waste and sewage from the company’s waste water treatment plant at Spencer Avenue, Kawerau to its forest on Lots 330 and 331, Parish of Matata (C.T. 46D/801 and C.T. 48A/10) on State Highway No. 30 for the purposes of land-based disposal.

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

- Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Shell New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Approval as Requiring Authority—Shell New Zealand Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network operation for the distribution and transmission by pipeline of petroleum and in particular for the construction, installation, maintenance, upgrading, development and redevelopment of the network of pipelines for the offloading, transfer (between storage facilities) and back loading of petroleum at the ports (referred to in the application).
