Road to be Stopped in Manukau City

Pursuant to section 116 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Manukau City Council.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 25

Te Rerenga Kuaotunu Road, Thames-Coromandel

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) The areas marked “O” and “P” on S.O. Plan 60720, and on “T” on S.O. Plan 60721 (now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60720, and Section 2, S.O. 60721), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 65C/702, subject to mortgages H. 421345, H. 437501.1, H. 731636.2 and B. 422683.2.

(ii) The areas marked “S” on S.O. Plan 60721 (now known as Section 1, S.O. 60721), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 47B/983, subject to mortgages H. 421345, H. 437501.1, H. 731636.2.

(iii) The areas marked “X” on S.O. Plan 60722, “B” and “C” on S.O. Plan 60723, “N” and “O” on S.O. Plan 60724, (now known as Sections 1, S.O. 60722, Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60723 and Sections 3 and 4, S.O. 60724), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1B/153, subject to mortgages H. 421345, H. 437501.1, H. 731636.2.
