Declaration That Land is Reserve—Pine Avenue

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on 17 May 2000:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of a Declaration That Land Should be Protected Private Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette 1992, page 3332, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule shall be protected private land for scientific purposes.
