Road Realignment—Buckland and Taotaoroa Roads, Matamata–Piako District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Matamata Piako District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamates:

(i) The area marked (i) with certificate of title 810/153, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 207999.2

(ii) The area marked (ii) with certificate of title 599/279, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 111705.6

(iii) The area marked (iii) with certificate of title 34B/276, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 253442.2.

(c) Declares the areas described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and incorporating the area marked:

(i) in certificate of title 810/153, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 207999.2
