Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Karen Olive Poutasi, Director-General of Health:

1. Define the area set out in the left hand column of the Schedule to this notice, as an area in respect of which Directors of Area Mental Health Services are to be designated;

2. Designate the person set out in the right hand column of the Schedule to this notice, as an additional Director of Area Mental Health Services, for the Wellington area set out in the left hand column of the Schedule, until 31 August 2001;
