Notice is hereby given by H G C Limited, pursuant to section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993, of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.

H G C Limited proposes to amalgamate with Line Up (NZ) Limited, Global Culture Group Limited and Global Culture Clothing Company Limited, pursuant to Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal, dated the 13th day of November 2000, are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies (as set out below) during normal business hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays.
