whatever nature necessary for the purpose to enter upon those parts of the land over which the easements are granted and remain there for any reasonable time, for the purpose of constructing, inspecting, cleaning, repairing, maintaining and operating the telecommunications facility subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the land and the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of such operations is repaired.

Third Schedule
Terms and Conditions

1. The registered proprietor for the time being of the land shall do nothing on the land which may prove prejudicial to the safe operation of the telecommunications facility.

2. The grantee shall obtain all necessary statutory or other consents associated with the construction and operation of the telecommunications facility.

3. The registered proprietor for the time being of the land shall not grow or permit to be grown any trees, shrubs or bushes or erect any improvements which will interfere with the use of the telecommunications facility.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J.
