Stephen Robert Howat, of 21 Kiwi Street, Rotorua,
was convicted and sentenced to one hundred and fifty
(150) hours community service and disqualified from
holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for an
indefinite period from 19 June 2000, following his
conviction on 19 June 2000, for an offence of driving
with excess breath alcohol (1) and, in addition to the
above-mentioned penalty, Judge J. J. Weir has ordered that a
