Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and vested in Whangarei District Council subject to electricity agreement A.290632, encumbrance C.850131.1 and encumbrance D.456440.4 and a right of way and a right to transmit telecommunications over part marked B & F on D.P. 195410 appurtenant to Lot 2, D.P. 195410 (C.T.124B/448) set out in easement certificate D. 456440.3 (subject to section 243 (c) Resource Management Act 1991) on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (waterway), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
