Electoral Act 1993

Amendments to Register of Political Parties

Cancellation of Registration of Party

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 11 February 2000 to cancel the registration of Freedom Movement and to remove Freedom Movement from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission, pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.

Cancellation of Registration of Party Logo

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 11 February 2000 to cancel the registration of the logo for Freedom Movement and to remove from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission, pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993, the record of the registration of that logo.

Registration of Party Logo

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 11 February 2000 to register the logo for N.Z. Equal Rights Party.

Pursuant to section 166 (3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, I, Robert John Martyn, General Manager, Operations, notify the following exemptions have been made from Land Transport Rules under section 166 (1) of that Act, between 1 October 1999 and 31 December 1999:
