In the case of a BK-117 helicopter which, when being operated under IFR is required by the aircraft flight manual to be operated with a co-pilot, which in turn requires, pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule 61.255 (2), the pilot-in-command to hold a current Airline Transport Pilot Licence (Helicopter).
