of driving with excess breath alcohol having been convicted at least twice previously, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. IK 2359 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 8th day of February 2000.

Te Kura Maori ki Porirua Establishment
Pursuant to sections 146 and 156 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give the following notice:
Notice

This notice may be cited as Te Kura Maori ki Porirua establishment.

This notice shall come into force on 7 February 2000.

I hereby establish in Porirua a primary school called Te Kura Maori ki Porirua, and designate the school as a designated character school.
Aims, purposes and objectives of Te Kura Maori ki Porirua
-
Together with the use of te reo Maori as the principal language of instruction, the following aims, purposes and objectives constitute the character of Te Kura Maori ki Porirua:
(i) To ensure the survival of te reo in Porirua;
(ii) To lift academic achievement of Maori tauira;
(iii) To pursue excellence and quality in all areas of the kura;
(iv) To celebrate the similarities and diversities of the tauira while drawing upon te mana whenua of Ngati Toa Rangitira;
(v) To treasure tauira as taonga;
(vi) To honour the Treaty of Waitangi.
Constitution of the Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Maori ki Porirua shall comprise:
(a) Five people appointed by the Minister;
(b) The principal, or principal designate; and
(c) Not more than four persons co-opted by the board.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 Titahā (December) 1997, which was granted under those regulations to Karen Apatu, in respect to Tamariki Tatou ki Mangateretere Kohanga Reo, situated at Mangateretere School, Whakatu, Hastings.
The centre has ceased to operate.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following school:
St Mary’s Diocesan School, Stratford.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 16th day of December 1999.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.
