Explanatory Notes

The fee payable under Step Five will replace the fee currently payable under Step Two for new candidates entering the programme.

Pharmacy registration fee

Application fee to first register a new pharmacy ... $135.00

Annual registration fee ... $675.00

Notes

If a pharmacy is registered during the period 1 January to 30 June, the annual registration fee will be reduced by 50%. If a pharmacy closes between 1 July and 31 December, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. There will no longer be a separate fee charged at the time of a quality audit, but pharmacies that require a re-audit may be charged a special fee depending on actual costs.

Fees payable by New Zealand Bachelor of Pharmacy graduates for participation in the pre registration training programme

  1. Graduates who are residents of New Zealand ... $2700.00

  2. Graduates who do not have residency status ... $3600.00

Sundry Charges

Inspection of Register ... $22.50

Printed copy of Register as at April 2001 ... $45.00

Copy of register on 3.5" disk at date of request ... $225.00

Duplicate or replacement certificate ... $45.00
