Electricity Line Businesses—Price Control Inquiry
The Commerce Commission is initiating an inquiry under section 54(3) of the Commerce Act 1986 into the prices set by electricity line businesses (local distributors and Transpower).

The inquiry does not cover electricity retailing.
As part of the inquiry, the Commission will give interested persons the opportunity to furnish their views, will issue discussion papers and will seek submissions on these.
The inquiry will be conducted with a view to putting the Commission in a position where it can report to the Minister of Energy on price control for electricity line services.

Pharmacist and Pharmacy (Fees) Notice 2001

  1. Title and Commencement—This Notice may be cited as the Pharmacist and Pharmacy (Fees) Notice 2001 and shall come into force on 1 January 2001.

  2. Fees—Pursuant to sections 56A, 56B, and 56C of the Pharmacy Act 1970, The Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the society specified in the Schedule to this notice.

  3. Fees Inclusive of Goods and Services Tax—The fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax where applicable.
