Land Declared Road and Acquired for Road—Burke Street, Christchurch

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be road, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a plantation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall vest in the South Waikato District Council in fee simple.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying and Naming a Reserve

Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error made in the notice classifying and naming the Tawaroa Point Scenic Reserve dated 27 June 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 1986, No. 102, page 2834, by omitting from the notice the reference in the Schedule to “part Section 2” and inserting in its place “Section 2”.
